Conifer is delighted to announce the successful close and construction preparation of Park Square II, the second phase of our redevelopment of the Park Square Campus. On June 21st, Shakespeare Park Apartments in Randallstown, MD hosted the lively 2024 Rock the Block party, bringing together residents and property staff for a day of sun-soaked fun! This month’s employee spotlight is Alexandra Eberhardt, who currently serves as Technical Analyst in Conifer’s Information Technology department. Since joining the Conifer family in 2013, Alex has held several roles including Administrative Assistant, Process Improvement Coordinator, and Property Software Coordinator. Her hard work and dedication eventually landed Alex in her current role, where she continues to inspire others and better Conifer’s IT service. The opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives through meaningful work, and the potential for long-term positive impact, inspire Alex and motivate her in the affordable housing industry. Alex's supportive role assists multiple departments, allowing the organization to run smoothly and efficiently. Along with her team, Alex has developed programs like the “Service Excellence” initiative, which focuses on consistently delivering high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations. The program involves short videos and weekly activities designed for both professional and personal development. Alex continues to push herself through continuous learning and adaptions in the ever-evolving technology field. She knows the more she stays updated with new developments and technologies the better she can support her team.
