Not accustomed to an acquisitive holding company with no intent to sell? We’re different…
Empowered Ventures isn’t “just” employee-owned, although that is a huge part of who we are and what we provide to selling business owners. We steward great companies for the long-term, we don’t “operate” them. We don’t have hands on operating partners, telling management how to run their business or requiring them to hit arbitrary, potentially damaging short term financial targets. We hold companies permanently; we don’t flip them for a short-term profit. Our stewardship and employee ownership approach enables us to orient in a deeply human way to our businesses and their leaders and teams. We truly care about all our employee owners.
