  • ‼️ Calling All Frenchie Fans‼️ Meet Yoda Blue! When he arrived at GCVS Emergency, he had a droopy face and wobbly steps. Three of our outstanding departments, Neurology, Dermatology, and Ophthalmology worked together to treat him. Through it all, Yoda Blu showed incredible resilience. After a successful surgery, including a corneal graft reinforced with a conjunctival graft, he has healed marvelously. Want to uncover more about our incredible teamwork? +1
  • Samson, a charming 13-year-old Maltese mix, has had us on the edge of our seats with his recent health challenges. 😢 After a whirlwind of symptoms and vet visits, Samson landed at GCVS Emergency. Despite initial tests showing no red flags, something seemed off in Samson's mouth, prompting a referral to GCVS Internal Medicine. Dr. Manino and the team performed a sedated oropharyngeal examination and esophagoscopy, and what they discovered will leave you stunned! A sneaky little string caused chaos in his throat and tongue. With expert care, it's all behind him now. After a successful recovery with soft food and meds, Samson's back to his playful self. Let's give Samson a virtual round of applause. Has this happened to a pet or patient of yours? Let us know in the comments!
