As I think about what Jim is saying and what’s been happening in the BaaS space, I see so many similarities to what we’ve been doing for over 22 years at Ingo in partnership with banks around the country. He’s go it right, the “banking” piece is the most important “must get it right” part of the whole BaaS model. Right behind that I’d rank resiliency and scalability and then of course great customer experiences. Great customer experiences are required to compete but the former two are required to “exist” and “survive” in this arena.
