Our ULI Lambda Klass recently volunteered at the Ada Jenkins Center in Davidson, NC, a nonprofit committed to supporting those in need by offering food, shelter, and community services. During our time there, we worked on enhancing the outdoor area and putting together STEM kits for the youth. Thank you for the opportunity to give back!
We are starting the week with admiration for our superheroes: students and recent grads--all members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, and part of the Lowe's Companies, Inc. leadership institute -- who volunteered recently. They did some heavy-duty cleanup in preparation for our upcoming Juneteenth event, and compiled STEAM kits for area youngsters. Truly living up to their motto: Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor. Thank you, friends! 😎
