We're an early-stage startup dedicated to pushing the boundaries of biosensor technology seeking a motivated Junior Research Associate to join our Tech Team. This position will primarily implement sensor and materials fabrication and testing-related experiments.

Responsibilities:
•Implement experiments in sensor and materials fabrication and testing to advance aptamer sensors and suggest design changes as needed.
•Review own experimental work, data, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•As delegated by the Principal Scientist, manage the Company’s laboratory safety and animal and controlled substances efforts.
•Manage the procurement, utilization, and disposal of laboratory materials, chemicals, safety supplies, and equipment.
•Prepare experimental data reports and presentations suitably and professionally.
•Support intellectual property development and protection.
•As delegated by the Principal Scientist, develop and maintain standard operating procedures, quality standards, databases and storage, reporting, and other operational aspects of R&D at the Company.
•Support work with other efforts, projects, and teams within the Company to achieve Company objectives.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related degree.
•Four (4) years of relevant work/lab experience.
•Strong interest in biosensing technology and a desire to contribute to groundbreaking research.
