#CassidyonCanal - 33 stories of luxury residential living at any scale - studios, 1-, 2-berooms, and penthouse units. We are honored to be Habitat's General Contractor for this stunning residential building located in the Fulton River District. Congrats on another successful project!
On June 6th, we had the pleasure of hosting the #grandopening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for #CassidyonCanal, and it was a resounding success! With over 100 attendees, we showcased the best of what our new development has to offer. Our guests enjoyed passed hors d'oeuvres from East Bank Club and a delightful welcome drink, The Cassidy. They explored our stunning studio, one-, and two-bedroom model units, and marveled at the unobstructed views during guided tours of our #PenthouseCollection. One of the event’s highlights was the unveiling of our custom sculpture, which incorporates 200 bricks repurposed from the original #CassidyTire structure. This unique piece beautifully ties our development to the rich history of the site. We also showcased the impressive exterior, elegant lobby, and luxurious amenity spaces. This event wouldn’t have been possible without the collaboration of our partners, Diversified Real Estate Capital and the exceptional work of McHugh Construction. Last night was amazing for those of us at McHugh Construction. We participated in two different events, where we walked away with a total of five awards. Event 1: Federation of Women Contractor's Women Rock event at Offshore Navy Pier McHugh Construction accepted the Highrise Construction Award for 1000M Event 2: Illinois Real Estate Journal (IREJ) Awards at Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago McHugh Construction accepted an award for General Contractor of the Year in the Multi-Family Residential category. We were invited up on stage to join in the acceptance of three more awards for which we were the general contractor on: Redevelopment of the Year for Ramova Theatre Hotel/Hospitality Award of the Year for The St. Regis Chicago Medical Property Award of the Year for Howard Brown Health McHugh is grateful for our incredible field team who keeps all our jobs moving forward seamlessly, allowing awards like above to be possible. We would also like to extend a big thanks to our subcontractors and vendors for their continued hard work and dedication.
