The McLeod Structural Heart team recently completed their 500th Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) procedure. Offered at McLeod Regional Medical Center since 2017, the TAVR procedure provides patients with advanced heart valve care. After graduating with a double major in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, Taylor began her banking career. At McLeod, she started as an Accountant and, through mentorship, advanced to Finance Supervisor. She now oversees the Accounts Payable team, manages the general ledger and prepares month-end financial reports. “Every day is great in Finance, and the sky is the limit for my career at McLeod,” says Taylor. Grace Bailey, Aynsley Padgett, Kinsley Benson and Lexi Reynolds began their journey in high school with the McLeod Health Careers Program and have each signed their letter of intent to work at McLeod Regional Medical Center.
