You're never too old to shoot some hoops! Thank you to Board of Directors member Denise Kelly for representing NSGA at the Massachusetts Senior Games basketball tournament this month.
Proud to have been a part of the Mass Senior Games on behalf of National Senior Games Association at Springfield College this weekend . Watching senior atheletes perform their best at their sport is an inspirational experience. Participating in any sport at any age is commendable because you’re never too old to be an athlete. #nsga #nationalseniorgames #womensbasketball #seniorathletes #nationalseniorgames2024

Laurene Hildenbrand discovered a passion for sports at age 55. Now 91, she says playing sports has helped her live a long and fulfilling life, and she wants to inspire other seniors to get in the game. "You get the exercise as well as enjoyment of playing the game, and you want to excel in it even more," she said. "And then you don't even realize you are getting better in health." Way to go, Laurene! #ActiveAging #NationalSeniorGames
