It's getting real! This week we announced venues for three major sports for the 2025 National Senior Games - Track & Field at the Iowa State University Cyclone Sports Complex, Pickleball at the Iowa Events Center and Basketball at Prairie Trail Sports Complex. We look forward to working with these facilities to provide the best experience for our athletes and sharing more venues soon. #NSG2025

Laurene Hildenbrand discovered a passion for sports at age 55. Now 91, she says playing sports has helped her live a long and fulfilling life, and she wants to inspire other seniors to get in the game. "You get the exercise as well as enjoyment of playing the game, and you want to excel in it even more," she said. "And then you don't even realize you are getting better in health."
