We are excited to share the big news coming out of our Series B funding round. PredictSpring, a leader in omni-channel commerce and modern POS technology, today announced that it has raised $16 million in Series B funding, taking its total funding to date to $32 million. Investment from Salesforce Ventures, Felicis and Novel TMT to accelerate the growth of its Modern POS business. In the last three years, we have seen an accelerated transition from decades-old legacy retail POS systems to modern POS platforms across the board in the retail industry. This funding round enables us to expand on our already successful Modern POS business, and provide brands and retailers with innovative omni-channel solutions that further improve the consumer experience and drive sales. https://lnkd.in/g-vZwQ9r

Our voice assistant isn't just for customers; it's designed to empower store associates, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience. As the article mentions, the evolution of AI assistants for consumers has been remarkable. Now, we're expanding their use to benefit store employees. “In-store employees can communicate with PredictSpring’s existing tech to, for example, access customers profiles, view product availability (“show me leather jackets”), view incoming click-and-collect orders and check store analytics.
