The Minneapolis Renaissance Coalition is working hard to bring vibrancy back to the downtown corridor. It's exciting to see their enthusiasm for the Conversion of Underutilized Buildings (CUB) tax credit, which Rethos and our advocacy partners support. Let's keep the momentum going! #MinneapolisRenaissanceCoalition #minnesotamainstreets

Thanks to the A-Mill Artist Lofts for participating in Doors Open Minneapolis! Attendees loved the venue!
Managing an artists lofts can be challenging at times but I find it hugely rewarding and amazing fun. From just last month in the course of a single week: we arranged a spectacular rooftop video production for the pop group Guytano. They are an amazing local talent with big things ahead. The next day, we hosted Dr. Bob Frame with his group from the Society of Industrial Archeology (SIA). Holding their conference here in Minneapolis, the National Historic Landmark which is the Pillsbury A-Mill was a highlight of their visit. So many great questions, SIA’s mission started in 1971 to promote the study, appreciation, and preservation of the physical survivals of our industrial and technological past. Thank you Bob. Finally, we were a host site for Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association (NEMAA) Art-A-Whirl weekend. Combined with Rethos Doors Open Minneapolis. Together we welcomed nearly ten-thousand visitors over the three day weekend. Thank you to the over 100 artist vendors, musicians, food providers, and volunteers. Of-course the core mission is to provide affordable dignified housing for the community. So many thanks go out to Dominium and its partners for having the foresight to put this amazing project together. #whatwedohitshome #minneapolis #affordablehousing #arts #dominium
