A Hybrid Environment
Prevail InfoWorks has thrived in a hybrid environment. While we still have some team members working in our Philadelphia office, the rest of our team is 100% remote. We understand that for some teams it makes more sense to meet in person and for others to meet virtually. Having our headquarters still operating has allowed us to be able to still have in person meetings and celebrations.
A Growing Tech Company in the Life Science Industry
Since most of the company has been working remotely since COVID-19, we have been able to spread our workforce across the country. Every employee at a small company is crucial. As we grow in size, it is very important to us to keep the small company mentality. We don't want anyone to feel like they aren't making a difference or that they are getting left behind. No matter the department you are in, you are making a difference in an industry that impacts everyone.
