The Thousand ranks the top 1,000 industry professionals – among those participating in the related RealTrends Verified survey – by transaction sides and sales volume. In this year’s The Thousand, RE/MAX affiliates claimed 138 of the spots, a substantial presence compared to the competition. Individual real estate agents qualified for The Thousand by closing at least $16 million in sales volume or 40 transaction sides in 2023, and teams qualified by closing at least $24 million in sales volume or 60 transaction sides in 2023.
