For the past 3 years, we have put on an internal competition among employees to improve overall fitness, boost mental health, and foster a supportive and health community called 'Shape-O-Netics'. Each day, for a weeks span, we host a 1k walk 3 times per day to accommodate all shifts with designated indoor and outdoor routes. Each participant is entered into a drawing for a gift card and the winning site with the most kilometers walked by the end of the week receives the 'Champ-O-Netics' banner!
