Conversion rate is one of the biggest determining factors of a car wash's long-term success. The average conversion rate for washes with over 5,000 members is a staggering 64% higher than those with less than 5,000 members (5.8% vs 9.4%). And some washes are seeing conversion rates upward of 25%, which is far about the 9.4% average that 5K+ member washes have.
