Culture is a top priority for SalesIntel. It’s also the biggest differentiator between us and our competitors. The way you treat your employees is the same way you treat your customers. A company can have all the features, but if their employees aren’t happy and don’t feel supported the company won’t succeed. The most common compliment on G2 is that our customers can feel how happy, inspired, and excited our team is to help them win. How have we strengthened our culture? Amy Kautz led the way by creating a culture committee. A committee made by the team, for the team. In this committee we discuss 👇 1) Increasing individual employee happiness 2) Strengthening the team’s bond 3) Making the work environment supportive, encouraging, and fun 4) Giving recognition to those who deserve it 5) Being a resource for those who have ideas or need help Last weekend part of the SalesIntel team met in D.C. for a mini golf happy hour. You know an event is going well when team members are laughing, smiling, and having deep conversations. We are proud to have such an amazing group of leaders who embody what we believe in. Work hard, have fun, make a difference. Last quarter our churn rate decreased and our win rate increased significantly. It’s not becuase of a new feature or integration. It’s because of our team. We will continue to invest in and uplift each member of our squad. What event are we hosting next? Yoga 🧘🧘♀️🧘🏻♂️ Who do you think can hold a headstand for longer, Manoj Ramnani or Amy? #culture #team #empower
