Leading the MIMO Revolution
About us
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Los Angeles, Silvus Technologies develops world-class advanced communications technologies that are reshaping the tactical wireless communications landscape. Silvus' revolutionary Mobile Networked MIMO (MN-MIMO) technology utilizes a proprietary blend of MIMO antenna techniques, COFDM modulation, and Mobile Ad Hoc Networking (aka mesh) to provide unmatched range, throughput, and mobility, even in the most challenging environments. From pure line-of-sight (LOS) to extreme non-line-of-sight (NLOS), Silvus’ radios facilitate reliable duplex connectivity between 2 or more radios, forming a self-healing, self-forming mesh network that continually optimizes itself in response to changing channel conditions.

Together with Northrop Grumman we celebrate the delivery of the first full LRIP set, the latest milestone achieved in the US Army next-generation Integrated Battle Command System (#IBCS). IBCS is the centerpiece of the U.S. Army’s air and missile defense modernization strategy that connects multi-service sensors to multi-service weapons across any warfighting domain. Proud that Silvus MANET Antenna Integrated Radio System (#AIRS) was selected by the Army Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) to create a rapidly deployable and secure battlefield communications mesh network for IBCS. Developed in partnership with Northrop Grumman, the Silvus AIRS unique tri-lobe high-gain transceiver antenna array and integrated #StreamCaster #MANET radios provide 360° coverage at extended link range. Silvus’ AIRS was selected for its ability to provide low latency, high throughput C2 and communications network connectivity in dynamically changing and contested operational environments. Here’s to bringing more resources to bear, providing our warfighters with transformational air & missile defense capabilities against enemy threats.
