Reflecting on a second Successful IAF Innovation Day! Our "Entrepreneurs in the Drawer" met last week. Hosted by Starburst Aerospace Israel, the event provided an enriching experience packed with practical tools, insightful workshops, and invaluable networking opportunities. We kicked off the day with inspiring words from the Commander of Tel Nof Airbase. This was followed by a series of workshops: • The Problem Definition workshop, led by Alon Shahak from Deutsche Telekom, emphasized the importance of accurately defining problems and applying effective frameworks. • The Creative Thinking and Problem Solving workshop, led by Zohar Tsalik, an innovation consultant and co-founder of the innovation domain at Unit 81, guided participants through advanced ideation processes and methods to break cognitive fixation. • The Storytelling and Elevator Pitch workshop, led by Leonid Rezinsky from Quatro, provided invaluable techniques on crafting compelling stories and pitches to ensure audience engagement and memorable presentations. Participants presented their innovative solutions in an elevator pitch format, showcasing their creativity and problem-solving skills. A heartfelt thank you to all the participants, facilitators, and organizers for making this event a tremendous success.
