A few of our team members have been busy installing a new conveyor system for our customer in Nebraska. It's hard work but look at the smiling faces! We look forward to sharing more when the system gets up and running.

We all know order fulfillment is not "one size fits all." That's why every StreamTech system is designed to match the types of packages and products that you have. Here's an example of a system designed to handle very long packages. With a system like this, we have to use multiple scales, and handle sortation differently, among other things. We use good material handling practices to make sure all the parcels flow easily and efficiently through the system, to meet the throughput goal consistently.

We are excited to welcome Haley Hume to StreamTech Engineering this summer for an Engineering Internship. Haley is an honor student at Valparaiso University, studying Mechanical Engineering. She is also an athlete and a leader, as the captain of her swim team. Haley will be working closely with the rest of our Engineering team, assisting with some of the project implementations we have this summer, and possibly some robotic programming and R&D. Welcome Haley!

One of the ways the StreamTech Sprinter™ is able to help clients be successful is the flexibility to handle varying server response times, as shown in this video. The system has the flexibility to pause and wait until the server has manifested and returned a label. It can also handle a wide variety of package sizes and types! For many clients, these are some of the main reasons the Sprinter™ delivers such a fast ROI. We design, build and test the Sprinter™ in our warehouse with real live orders, connected to the customer's database and manifest software so our clients can get a real-world view at how the system will work in their operation.

Putting the final pieces together for our next Sprinter™ shipping system in our shop, as we prepare for a customer acceptance test next week. Did you know the Sprinter™ can dimension, weigh, print and apply shipping labels at around 15 CPM, and often pays for itself in the first year?

We have conversations every day with warehouse operations professionals dealing with common fulfillment problems. Order inaccuracies, back charges for weights and dimensions, too much overtime spent to meet carrier pickup times.
