Today Winsmith and Perfection Gear managers met for a seminar surrounding Workplace Culture. The training presented tactics and scenarios for how managers can change, maintain and promote activities to create positive workplace culture. Human Resources created a 5S process that applied the manufacturing and production standard to company culture improvement. Thank you to all managers that participated in the event!
