“How often do you get to work with an executive that is also a mentor? I did when I worked with Andrew. I'm so thankful for the experience of working with Andrew during the year that took on Leadership Development. During that time I saw him turn around our entire leadership team, shape award winning projects and act as a sounding board for people across the organization (myself included). Andrew's ability to cut through to the heart of an issue is unlike any I've ever seen. He leans into problems and is able to understand and empower people with with right tools, processes and insight to create lasting change. His wisdom and clarity is missed massively on our team. It is an understatement to say that any team Andrew joins has no idea how valuable he will be. I can't recommend Andrew highly enough. ”

How would you design a loyalty program to retain customers who frequently switch brands?
There's a saying in fundraising: "Ask for money if you want advice, ask for advice if you want money." People are more loyal to their own ventures than others' -- that's just human nature. So invite them into your company's challenges, genuinely get their advice on how to grow, and you'll see them be loyal - not to you but to the company they're now personally helping build.

Here's how you can navigate short-term goals while maintaining a long-term vision.
The most helpful question I’ve been asked to help define vision: “What do you want your legacy to be at this company when you’re not here any more?” You’re not going to have your current role forever, and chances are when you’re done people won’t remember you for that long. But what will last is your contribution — that you’ve transformed the business from one state to another, and readied it for its next phase of growth. What will your legacy be? How long will that take to achieve? And how do you get started?

Here's how you can navigate short-term goals while maintaining a long-term vision.
Your performance is far more influenced by how quickly you improve than where you start. And the speed at which you improve is simple to break down: how often do you reflect on what’s working and then incorporate those observations into your work? That means reflection, far from being a distraction to performance, is actually the core catalyst for improving it over time. In business, others will start before you or with advantages you can’t replicate. But you can always aim to be the fastest learning leader and team.

Here's how you can navigate short-term goals while maintaining a long-term vision.
Competition for your time and attention is fierce, but only you can judge what truly deserves your limited focus and decision energy on a daily basis. Step 1: come to terms with the fact that you will never end a day accomplishing everything you wished, and that the best you can do is work on things in the right order. Step 2: protect time every day to put upur priorities in order so the rest of the day you confidently work on what matters and tune out those things that are Important but not Most Important For Today.

Imperial College London launched a new web design in December 2014; its first institutional redesign in seven years. As a leading institution specialising in science and technology and ranked in the world top ten, it was important for Imperial to have a web presence that matches its quality and demonstrates the reach and impact of its work and the wonder of science. -
