Here's how you can effectively prioritize tasks before delegating them to others.
I find that prioritization based on value is more productive than prioritization based on the classic Eisenhower model what's urgent or important. It also simplifies the decision-making process. So as you consider what to delegate to others, ask yourself: "Which of these projects or tasks is most valuable?" Another way to consider this includes 1) what will save everyone time in the future and 2) what will have the greatest impact to the bottom line.

Here's how you can manage your time when learning new skills in a fast-paced industry.
It's wonderful to learn, but it's more important to act. Action is what makes the learning skills an indelible part of your life. So as you learn skills, pause, consider what you can DO about what you learned, and take action today or this week. If you're spending more time learning new skills than you can can act upon, that may be sign you need to slow down. Sometimes productive time management is about slowing down.
