“I've had the opportunity to work with a ton of great Engineering Managers over the years, but Kim is by far my favorite of the bunch. She has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities, fostering a collaborative work environment where engineers feel empowered to speak their minds. She possesses a rare ability to inspire and motivate engineers, encouraging them to push their boundaries and deliver their best work. I've grown greatly as an engineer under her leadership. In addition to her remarkable interpersonal skills, Kim is also a skilled engineer herself with a deep understanding of web technologies. She has consistently leveraged this expertise to guide her team through the complex technical challenges that face us. Not to mention, Kim is just an all around great person. She's fun and energetic, but also humble and easy to talk to. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any leadership position in engineering without hesitation.”
