    The mission of the Advisory Board of the Department of Philosophy is to contribute to advancing the academic excellence and reputation of the department. This committed group of distinguished alumni are our greatest champions as we serve the next generation of students. The department benefits from multiple perspectives, and the Advisory Board engages in reflection and discussion aimed at strengthening Philosophy’s academic program as well as supporting the department’s community presence. The committee also engages in strategic philanthropy to further the academic and outreach efforts of the department.

    In 1998 Cesari Response Television Inc was voted fastest growing company in Washington State going from $800k to $5,000,000 in just 3 years. Our projects include the Sonicare Toothbrush which helped generate much of the $800K in revenue in 1995 to launching the George Foreman Grill and then Oxiclean in 1997. The keynote speaker at the Awards Gala was David Giuliani, CEO and Founder of Sonicare.
