What does a Retail Account Executive at Swire Coca Cola do?

The Convenience Retail Account Executive is responsible for a group of Convenience Retail customers assigned within Swire Coca-Cola, USA’s geographic territory. The Convenience Retail Account Executive is responsible for achieving key pillars including volume, revenue, profit and share goals for the designated customers. Additional responsibilities include the daily execution of all company standards, pricing management, customer relations, managing customer commercialization calendars, forecasting, actively managing the Picture of Success (PicOS) and stewardship of business reviews in customer & corresponding Swire Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal relationships with Sales Center teams
  • Collaborate with NAOU, KDP, MEC, BASN teams to develop winning brand, package, marketing, merchandising and execution plans that deliver Swire Coca-Cola Budgets and overall Volume, Revenue, Profit, and Share goals. Communicate monthly activity via PicOS
  • Drive In-Stock and Fill Rate Improvement
  • Routine Transparency on Supply Chain & Internal Collaboration
    • Demand Planning
    • Raw Material Planning
    • Production
    • Supply Chain Planning
    • Route Planning
    • Network Bottler Route Planning
    • Develop strong partnerships with customers. Advanced understanding of the customer, their language and go to business strategy
    • Conduct business reviews with customers to discuss performance and secure incremental activity
    • Sell-in innovation items as well as incremental SKUs, packages, equipment, and displays to increase Volume, Revenue, Profit, and Share goals
    • Collaborate with Commercialization and Shopper Marketing to develop custom programs and point of sale tied to Local Assets
    • Collaborate with the Director of Sales, Convenience Retail on both national and local business strategy
    • Responsible for problem solving for Supply Chain and Warehouse & Logistics or executional issues with the customer

    Requirements:

    • BA/BS or equivalent
    • 5+ years proven sales experience/customer management
    • 3+ years of beverage or CPG selling experience
    • 2+ years of sales operations experience
    • Margin Minder UXT, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, or Power Bi experience
    • Understanding of marketing and commercial activation
    • Collaborating For Value and Collaborative Business Planning Skills preferred
    • Travel required both within Swire geographies and total US on an as needed basis
