The Role:
In addition to ensuring our clients’ accounting practices are up to date, accurate and efficient, Managers deliver insightful reporting, help identify new client opportunities, mentor junior team members, and provide business advisory for our clients.
This is a remote position.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role:
Overseeing all assigned clients and related tasks to ensure quality financial reporting
Recording & classifying financial account activity in various accounting systems
Providing accurate financial reporting and discussing results with clients
Discussing financial results and any opportunities for improvement with clients regularly
Coordinate and communicate with your client teams regularly to ensure client relationships are being proactively managed
Serve as backup on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and other bookkeeping tasks as needed

Qualifications include:
An accounting degree and at least 5 years of experience in small-mid size business accounting and bookkeeping
Experience working with multiple companies/clients simultaneously
Expertise with balance sheets and financials
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and used within the last 5 years
Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills
Organizational and detail-oriented mindset
A passion for helping people and supporting team efforts
Bonus points for:
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting for the automotive repair industry (mechanic shops, body shops, etc.)
Experience with internal or external audits
What would we offer you?
A base salary of $70,000-85,000
