Ewing Automotive Group is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk for their Accounting Department, located in the Mercedes-Benz of Plano Dealership.
The A/P A/R Clerk must have great organization skills, detail-oriented, and a dedicated team player.
A/P Duties include but are not limited to:
Entering and paying vendor invoices for 3 franchise dealerships
Reconciling all vendor accounts, factory accounts and intercompany A/P
Reconciling and paying corporate credit cards
Producing 1099's
Other accounting duties as needed
Working with Excel and other MS Office software
A/R Duties Include but are not limited to:
Process incoming payments for accounts
Posting and recording A/R data
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger
Address discrepancies and resolve billing issues
Maintain payments and collections due on invoices
Work Experience:
Dealership experience required in an Automotive Accounting role, specifically Accounts Payables and Receivables
Attention to detail & accuracy
Quick learner
Ability to learn & adapt to new computer systems
Problem-solving skills
Experience with MS Word and Excel
Customer Service oriented
Experience in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
Drug test and criminal background check required
