Assist Director of IT in all aspects of administration, including staff supervision; domain client/server maintenance; database applications (Access, SQL, Active Directory); active directory/group policy management; user support and training; database reporting and backups/restores
Supervise WAN/LAN infrastructure maintenance, including design and implementation; enterprise systems planning and rollouts; server maintenance; disaster recovery
Manage inter-departmental coordination
Assume responsibility for ad-hoc IT projects
Oversee Quality Assurance
Supervise help desk operation
Administer IT purchasing and vendor/budget management
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. MS, MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
Five years of experience in IT administration in an organization of comparable size
Experience as a team lead for network/technology implementation and upgrade projects
Experience in primary health care a major plus
Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to clearly communicate technology issues to senior management
Bilingual English/Chinese preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work well under pressure and capable of managing several different tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent administrative, financial, project management and vendor management skills. A team-player able to support the broader enterprise while delivering upon specific project/line of business requirements
Excellent troubleshooting and incident response skills
Demonstrated in depth knowledge of Active Directory, Network Architecture, Network and data security, Database technology (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)

Salary: $120,000.00 - 140,000.00 per year
