Newsweek is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Branded Partnership Lead- Project Manager to join our team. As the Branded Partnership Lead for branded content projects, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing campaigns that connect clients with our creative team. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, communicating deliverables, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and our network of freelancers.
Responsibilities
Research and identify new leads for business development and sales opportunities
Develop and implement an outreach strategy to engage potential clients and partners
Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote the company's brand, products, and services
Assist the sales and brand partnership departments with proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
Manage and monitor the progress and performance of projects and report to senior management
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction
Manage multiple branded content projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met within specified timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their project requirements, and effectively communicating expectations to our creative team.
Identify suitable freelancers for each project based on expertise and availability. Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting timelines as necessary to meet client and internal deadlines.
Conduct regular reviews of deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations and project scope.
Proactively identify potential project risks or issues and implement solutions to mitigate them promptly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in project management, business development, or marketing
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools
Passionate about innovation and creativity
Salary expectation: $75,000 to 110,000K commensurate with experience + bonus
