In this exciting role, you'll be the friendly voice that greets callers for a diverse range of businesses we support. As the first point of contact, you'll play a critical role in shaping their experience.

Deliver exceptional phone service with a smile - you are the face of the company you represent!
Provide callers with a warm and professional first impression
Schedule appointments and confirmations, ensuring smooth operation for our clients
To be a successful Ruby Receptionist, you'll possess the following:
A naturally pleasant and charismatic personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
Professionalism in both attitude and appearance
A strong team player mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
Punctuality, reliability, and a dedicated work ethic
Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
