Organizational Culture**: Advocate for initiatives that foster a positive and equitable workplace culture in alignment with our core values.
Learning & Development**: Establish strategies for continuous professional development and anti-racist education throughout the organization.
Employee Relations**: Cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment, offer guidance on HR matters, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Compensation & Benefits**: Collaborate on total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Supervision**: Lead and inspire a high-performing HR team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
Qualifications
Experience**: Minimum of 10 years in senior HR roles with expertise in equity initiatives and organizational change management.
Education**: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Certifications**: SPHR or SHRM-SCP required; additional DEI certifications are a plus.
Skills**: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
