Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team at HB NEXT, a leading provider of Environment and Safety Services to the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the home building market. This position will be based in Atlanta, strategically located to access our target markets and will involve extensive travel.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with National Home Builders
- Introduce HB NEXT Environmental Services to National Home Builders
- Collaborate with all levels of management to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate joint sales calls
- Manage Hubspot, host sales meetings, and provide weekly reports to the CEO, including attendance at monthly operational reviews
- Responsible for overall account management of the top 25 Home Builders in our current markets, with a focus on monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth
- Set clear target goals and sales quotas to ensure all top 25 residential builders in our current footprint are visited and our story is shared effectively
- Previous experience in relationship management, preferably within the construction or home building industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to manage Hubspot or similar CRM software
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
