Summary:

The Client Success Manager is a campaign strategist and relationship manager responsible for understanding their clients' specific needs, strategizing best options, and rolling out plans in collaboration with the Enrollment Marketing department. This role utilizes Liaison's enrollment marketing software and leverages digital marketing channels to launch college marketing initiatives which may include print, email, and digital ads. They deliver high-level customer experience and ensure successful client account operations.


We are seeking a highly organized and methodical individual. You will be leading virtual client meetings, so the ability to make good decisions in a timely and confident manner is crucial. You will need to be able to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure. This is a remote position associated with our Poughkeepsie, NY office.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs, develop marketing campaigns (print, email, digital ads - SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic), using Liaison's software, and oversee execution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience, manage relationships, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Launch, monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns using data-driven insights focusing on maximizing ROI across all channels (digital and traditional).
  • Collaborate with Enrollment Marketing, the Digital Marketing team, and other teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Lead client meetings and manage client expectations.
  • Oversee successful client account operations, review and approve campaigns, launch campaigns, and manage billing/invoicing.
  • Learn software and technology quickly.
  • Manage multiple priorities, maintain high-quality results, and demonstrate a track record of success.
  • Take initiative, think critically, and improve upon processes.
  • Maintain understanding of higher education trends and industry overall
  • Understand marketing strategy and communication flows.
  • Experience with project management software and/or marketing platforms.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in account management or client facing position
  • Ability to learn software and technology quickly
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and maintaining high quality results
  • Willingness to take initiative, think critically, and improve upon processes
  • Knowledge of higher education market
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and communications flow
  • Experience with project management software or marketing platform
