Perelel is seeking a highly motivated, strategic and creative CRM Manager to drive acquisition, customer loyalty and retention through targeted email campaigns and automated flows.
Responsibilities:
Own email marketing including content planning, execution and reporting for one-off campaigns, lifecycle campaigns and campaign automation (flows)
Manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of all customer email campaigns
Develop the email strategy to ensure that we deliver targets
Track the performance of email KPIs against weekly and monthly targets
Develop an A/B testing roadmap by identifying opportunities (e.g., send time, subject line, copy, content) to maximize results. Provide insights back to the Content and Creative teams
Collaborate with the design team to create email best practices (e.g. optimizing for mobile)
Manage segmentation of email database and personalize campaigns accordingly
Work with the Partnerships team to identify tactics for acquiring new email subscribers (e.g., giveaways)
Report on data errors and escalate potential issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business with a focus in CRM and email marketing
Experience with Klaviyo
Experience with A/B testing
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
