Role:

As Customer onboarding engineer in the Artificial Intelligence team, you will support the launch of new AI products by onboarding customers onto our latest AI product. You will own customer communication, the onboarding process and ensuring customers are successfully using the product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and review Splunk's AI tools in development..

Responsibilities: Work with Splunk applications and add-ons to fulfill customer needs

Develop Splunk dashboards to monitor usage and trends of Splunk Applications

Support solutions for Splunk add-ons deployments

Communicate with customers to ensure success

Partner with business application teams to enable customers and complete orders

The Splunk engineer will work with other teams to perform troubleshooting, and provide assistance with the creation of Splunk search queries and dashboards

Skills:

5+ years of experience with Splunk

Great communication skills - verbal and written

Experience with Splunk applications and add-ons

Experience developing Splunk search queries in the SPL query language, and developing dashboards in Splunk.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, logic, and analytical skills

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
