The Customer Service team is looking to welcome a fast-learning and collaborative Customer Service Associate. They pride themselves in providing exceptional Customer Service and are looking for someone curious, driven, and hard-working. Prior experience with Zendesk is a must!
Salary/Hourly Rate
$18/hr – $20/hr
Position Overview
This start-up is looking for a Customer Service Associate who is a team player, adaptable, works well under pressure, and is comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The Customer Service Associate should be highly motivated and enjoy working with people as they will provide exceptional Customer Service to customers. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to give them the best customer experience.
Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Associate
Provide support to customers via email, phone, and live chat to create the best experience
Thrive in a fast-paced environment ensuring positive interactions with customers
Think on your feet to create solutions to problems that arise and escalate when necessary
Work with different departments to provide feedback to improve customer experience
Listen, identify problems, and find resolution
Qualifications For The Customer Service Associate
Knowledge of product information
1 – 2 years of experience in customer support role
Previous call center experience is a plus
Very organized and resourceful
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Zendesk experience
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required
