Customer Success Manager

Who You Are
3+ years experience in a post-sales Onboarding or Customer Success position
2+ years of experience supporting a technical product, preferably for a SaaS startup
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and express empathy
A positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service
Detail-oriented and extremely organized
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional time management skills, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team setting
A genuine passion and curiosity for software and technology
BA or BS degree preferred
HR Tech experience is a plus, but not necessary
Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
Adaptable to new initiatives
What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with Apploi customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with the platform
Become a platform expert to provide solutions-based training, consultation, and support
Lead customer onboardings, online training, reviews, and one-on-one conversations to educate customers on the features of our platform
Leverage Success Plans to measure and drive customers to successful outcomes
Help manage and maintain how-to guides and customer support resources within Apploi’s Help Center
Maintain an understanding of customers’ recruiting and employee placement strategies
Collaborate across Customer Success Org, Pre/post-sales, and Product to ensure a cohesive customer experience
Serve as an escalation point for customers on key issues
Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to influence future product roadmaps
Coordinate with Product team & third-party vendors to help deliver integration requirements as necessary
