Job Description: -
Deskside associate Level 1.5 with experience in imaging, Laptops/Desktop trouble shooting, resolving printer issues, shipping, Field Service and receiving equipment etc.
Should have over 4 years experience in the following areas:
Imaging using Pix boot, SCCM and/or intune
Experience in resolving A/D 360 issues
Experience with bitlocker, MFA, google DUO.
Experience with autopilot
Experience is resolving level 1/Level 2 password, access and general laptop issues.
Must have experience in supporting hybrid/Remote users in an large enterprise environment.
