Title: Director, Commercial Product Growth & Partnerships

Salary: Up to $200,000 + Bonus and benefits

Location: Florida (Hybrid)

We are looking to hire an excellent leader to support the growth of commercial hospitality products and strategic partnerships for an excellent brand name in the market. This individual will be an innovator and out the box thinker when it comes to commercial products which will excite the consumer base and ultimately drive business revenue. You will identify potential new products, packages and marketing programs to roll these out to the masses and support in developing the product roadmaps including testing and analytically assessing them to ensure ROI. You will also be great at building long-term partnerships with other brands which bring great value to the organization and can identify upcoming trends in the market in which the team can lean into and capitalize on.


With an analytical mindset, you will optimize growth initiatives across these two core areas and translate insights into actionable strategies which will positively impact and influence the executive team to steer the next generation of the organization.


Key Requirements:


  • Experience within a Travel or Hospitality setting, developing, assessing and rolling out new key strategies across commercial products, marketing and partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of commercial product development life cycles and best practices, working cross-functionally, to bring the best value to customers and drive revenue.
  • Ability to negotiate, build and maintain strategic partnerships with brands and confidence to put yourself and the business out into the market to secure the best partnerships in the market.
  • Successfully implemented and managed paid acquisition campaigns across both digital platforms and physically in the hospitality setting.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate testing findings and data sets into an actionable strategy.
  • Happy to be in office 3 days per week.
