Job Summary
The Director of Conference Services directs, manages,trains and leads the Catering Service Manager & and Coordinator to achieve the goals of the banquets budget for the resort. Provide strong leadership, creativity, and interpersonal skills to a dynamic team. Is accountable for the management and profitability of all aspects of the events and conferences, including maximizing revenues and profitability, controlling expenses and protecting the integrity of the guest experience. DCS will be responsible for establishing and maintaining rapport with guests prior to, during, and post-conference, exceeding their expectations and encouraging repeat business. Responsible for acting as a liaison between the guest and operating departments to ensure successful meetings, and to generate repeat business.
