Role: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Salary: $150,000 - $160,000/annually + Benefits

Location: New Hope, PA
Job Description:
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for North America.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation, profitability, and overall financial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and engineering, to align financial goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure alignment and data integrity across financial processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline FP&A operations.
Minimal requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with a proven track record in forecasting and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
