Permanent role

1 day/week onsite, 4 days remote

What the role is about
* Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
* Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
* Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation, profitability, and overall financial performance.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and engineering, to align financial goals and KPIs.
* Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure alignment and data integrity across financial processes.
* Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline FP&A operations.

Minimal requirements
* 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with a proven track record in forecasting and financial modeling
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
* Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Preferred qualifications and skills
* CPA or relevant professional certification
* Experience in the technology or consumer internet industry
* Knowledge of subscription-based business models
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
