CYE is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Global Partner Management to lead our strategic partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, a proven track record of cultivating successful partnerships, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies, expand our partner network, and contribute to the overall growth of CYE.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with company goals
Drive partner engagement and revenue growth through channel development
Identify and onboard strategic partners that complement our cybersecurity offerings
Provide partners with tools, resources, and training to effectively market and sell our solutions
Establish and nurture relationships with partner executives and key stakeholders
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner initiatives
Negotiate partner agreements and track partner performance
Qualifications
Resident in the East Coast region of the US
5+ years of proven experience in global partner management within the cybersecurity industry
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and partner ecosystems
Track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships
Ability to define partner/indirect strategy
Ability to execute the strategy of recruiting, enabling, and driving revenue through indirect channels
Ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels within partner organizations
Managerial experience to drive the creation and evolution of a global partner team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional collaboration abilities
