The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Moloco, a leading mobile DSP, is seeking a visionary leader to head our Gaming Growth team.

You will immerse yourself in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, collaborating with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals. Our team is composed of passionate, data-driven innovators, structured problem-solvers, and intellectually curious individuals who remain humble in their pursuit of excellence.

Your Mission

As the Head of Growth for our Gaming Pod, you will be at the forefront of our strategic operations, directly influencing and driving substantial revenue growth within the mobile gaming sector. Your role will involve:

  • Strategic Leadership: Crafting and executing cutting-edge advertising strategies tailored to the unique needs of our mobile gaming clients.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Success: Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with client relationship teams, ensuring their targets are met and exceeded through innovative solutions and data-driven insights.
  • Revenue Growth: Identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to grow our clients’ ad business, including both upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Performance and Results: Setting ambitious goals for your team and ensuring the team is set up to achieve them.

Youwill need a unique blend of skills that combine strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming and advertising landscape. This includes demonstrable experience in servicing and growing top-tier clients, coupled with a history of managing digital campaigns and managing high-stake client relationships. In addition, you will have the following:

  • A robust background in mobile gaming and account management within programmatic marketing/advertising is vital. This knowledge will enable you to understand client needs and industry dynamics thoroughly.

  • Familiarity with data analytics, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), the mobile app ecosystem, and advertising technology is essential for making informed decisions and optimizing strategies.
  • PeopleManagement:
  • Effective people management including: coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team to reach their highest potential. You should foster a positive and collaborative environment, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of each team member; helping them achieve exceptional results and drive overall business success.

Here Is What You Need To Succeed

  • 10+ years Mobile Advertising experience in Account Management in programmatic marketing, including people leadership.
  • Strong ownership mentality and an intellectually curious approach to problem solving.
  • Growth-minded to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Limited travel, depending on business needs.
  • Experience in day to day campaign management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers.
  • Strong skills in excel, powerpoint/slides, g-suite preferred.
  • Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive.
  • Detail oriented.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Compensation Range:

$181,000 — $272,000 USD
