As the Director of Transaction Advisory Services will be responsible for leading a high performing team providing operational and financial analysis in connection with sell-side and buy-side due diligence engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in due diligence projects for acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers.
• Analyze financial and operational performance of acquisition targets by reviewing accounting records and conducting management interviews.
• Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information to assess potential acquisition outcomes.
• Identify issues that may impact purchase price negotiations, deal structuring, or warrant deal termination.
• Recommend post-acquisition strategies to achieve projected earnings and cash flow improvements.
• Assess the impact of seasonality and economic cycles on cash flow requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive industry and company research to support due diligence findings.

Qualifications

• 7+ Years Transaction Advisory experience
• CPA Certification
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel to client sites
