Epic Willow Analyst

Our client is looking to add an Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Inpatient Analyst to join their growing team based in Hawaii. This position will be responsible for the support, maintenance, building, testing, implementing, and upgrading of the Epic Willow solution.

Projects:

Expanding facility projects – building new facilities

bringing on a practice every 2 months

Ideal Candidate

• 8-10 years experience and Epic Certified in Willow IP or AMB
• Certified in Willow AMB and/or IP
• Preferred someone with a Pharmtech background
• Experience with 3rd party integrations Omnicell, Surescripts, provider pay, symbion, McKesson Supplier
• Implementation experience plus, leading project experience preferred
• Some core builds for Willow Inventory will be: IVL, PRD, BAL, PCO, and WHS
• Standard Build/Maintenance in Willow: formulary, barcoding, medications (ERX, NDC, NDG, RXR), Pharmacy (PHR), Smart Tool (ETX, HH1, ELT), SmartForms, SmartTexts, Programming Points (LPP), Medication Carts, Order Sets (OSQ), Medication charging (CHG, NDC, ERX) etc.

Hours need to work are 8-5pm HST
