As an EV Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of technicians to provide exceptional service and support for electric vehicles.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
Develop and implement service processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to gather feedback and insights for product improvements
Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, managing a team of field service technicians
Deep knowledge and understanding of electric vehicles and associated technologies
Strong technical background with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in service operations
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
