Who You Are

• 5-10+ years of Field Service Manager experience
• Experience with medical/biotech devices
• Ability to travel up to 70% domestically
• Related field service experience in troubleshooting equipment/technical support/ customer service/dispatch experience
• Ability to travel, work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Strong customer service skills, positive attitude, and ability to communicate with others clearly and tactfully
• Excellent communication, customer interaction and phone interaction skills required
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
