General Summary: Are you a website wizard with a knack for crafting irresistible sales funnels and driving sky-high conversion rates? The Child Care Success Company is looking for a Funnel Builder & Conversion Specialist Lead to join our dynamic marketing team! In this full-time remote role, you'll design and implement high-converting sales funnels, create compelling copy, and leverage your graphic design skills to enhance our brand's online presence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Funnel Design & Implementation: Craft high-converting sales funnels from scratch, including lead magnets, landing pages, sales pages, upsells, downsells, and thank-you pages (inside of Wordpress).


  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with fellow team members in the marketing department to collaboratively complete projects, reach goals, and hold each other accountable.


  • Copywriting Magic: Write persuasive and engaging copy that speaks directly to our target audience avatars, driving them to take action.


  • Graphic Design Proficiency: Ability to create or edit graphics and images as needed for landing pages, ensuring visual consistency and effectiveness.


  • Analytics & Optimization: Continuously monitor funnel performance using analytics tools, conduct A/B tests, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize conversions.


  • Creative Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues within the funnel to ensure a smooth and efficient user journey.


  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate the latest best practices in funnel design and digital marketing.


Qualifications


  • 7-10 years as a proven experience as a funnel building or in a similar role within digital marketing.


  • Proficiency with funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels).


  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems (preferably with Keap).


  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


  • Creative thinker with a knack for designing visually appealing and effective funnels.


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
